I attended graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania and received additional training through the Fellowship in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (BPSI). I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and practice across Massachusetts offering in-person and virtual psychotherapy.
We will work collaboratively to build skills to best meet your needs, hopes, and goals while exploring and building insight to better understand yourself. Together we will work to best support you as you navigate different life phases, relationships, and environments.
My approach to psychotherapy is relational and psychodynamic, while utilizing other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, techniques of Grief Therapy, and Expressive Therapies when helpful. I recognize the centrality of the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic care.
I work with people across the spectrums of gender, race, sexuality, age, and class. I strive to create a safe and accessible space for all identities, body types, and abilities. I offer psychotherapy for a range of experiences including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, navigating life transitions, identity development, family dynamics, relationships, grief and loss, and trauma.
I have extensive training and experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, new mothers, young adults, and those navigating grief and loss.
